We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified HSE Manager to oversee Health,
Safety and
Environmental (HSE) aspects of our multinational client in Karachi.
The HSE Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HSE policies,
procedures and
programs to ensure the safety and well-being of all project personnel and compliance
with applicable
regulations and standards. The successful candidate will work closely with project
management and
site teams to identify and mitigate potential HSE hazards and risks.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs for the project
- Conduct HSE training and awareness sessions for all project personnel
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations and standards
- Identify and assess potential HSE hazards and risks and implement measures to
mitigate them
- Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections to identify and address any deficiencies
- Investigate and report on all incidents, accidents and near-misses
- Ensure proper documentation of all HSE activities and incidents
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a
related field
- NEBOSH IGC or ASP/CSP is a must
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE management on large-scale construction projects
- Knowledge of local HSE regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office and HSE-related software
